This webinar will explore the design and structural characteristics of new homes built today and highlight how they have changed in the last two decades. We’ll also cover the features builders are most (and least) likely to include in the typical home they build in 2020 and the specific buyer preferences and perceptions about affordability and availability in the housing market. NAHB’s most up-to-date research will be presented, providing insights into the ways you can incorporate the very latest trends into the homes you design and build.

  • Identify the top characteristics of homes being built today and get a peek at what builders are likely to include in new homes in 2020.
  • Learn the home buyers’ most wanted features and examine their perceptions about the affordability and availability of homes in their markets.
