J. Bradley Simons
Vice President & CFO, Magleby Construction
J. Bradley Simons began working in the construction industry when he was twelve. Brad worked for Woodside Homes for 17 years, a productin builder, becoming the Utah Division President. He worked with his brother and father in their family custom home building company until 2008. Brad is currently the CFO of Magleby Construction, an award winning custom home building with operations in Utah, Idaho, Montana and Tijuana Mexico. Brad is also heading up the creation of a new company, Teamworx, that focuses on securing qualified labor for the constrution industry. Brad eanred his bachelors degree from the University of Utah in History and his MBA from Westminsiter College. He is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program in Business Managment at Liberty University in Virginia. Brad has taught past sessions at IBS, Utah Builder's Conference, Habitat for Humanity Conference and other industry events. Brad loves serving in the community and is past president of Habitat for Humanity Utah County, Regional Director AYSO Soccer and is currently District Chairman for the BSA. Brad has 20 years service as a director of NAHB and is currently serviing as the Area 13 National Area Chairman (NAC).
