    Dustin Kaehr

    Dustin Kaehr (pronounced “Car”) serves as the Owner of R/I Solutions. He is driven to help leaders think differently, lead courageously, and live passionately. He has over 20 years of experience working with large and small organizations throughout North America, helping them with leadership challenges, operational management, and employee/customer engagement.

    Prior to his existing role, Dustin was the Director of Leadership Develop within Lippert’s RV Products division. A division of over 1,100 team members, two facilities, and 200 leaders. He worked with leaders and teams, providing leadership training, 1-on-1 coaching, personal and professional development. He was part of both facilities’ core leadership teams, providing strategic operational inputs and helping ensure that business and cultural strategies aligned.

    Dustin also worked for Do it Best Corp., a hardware Co-op in the States, for over 12 years, spending over 8 years in the field. He worked with independent store owners on all aspects of their business including financial analysis, expansion/remodel projects, new locations set-up, store closings, succession planning, marketing, and leadership/HR challenges.
    Dustin has led breakout sessions, keynotes, and multi-day conferences across the U.S. and Canada, covering topics including the customer experience, leadership, team development, and personal development.
    He is the author of two books. A business book entitled, “Retail is…50 Thoughts, Ideas, and Conversations to Make Your Business Better.” His latest book, released in October 2018 is entitled, “Dear Boys…The Letter Every Son Needs From His Father”.

    He lives in Northern Indiana with his wife Amber and their four boys.

    Mark Hodges

    Owner Blueprint Strategic Consulting

    Mark Hodges is a former Sr. VP of Corporate Operations for Hovnanian Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilding companies. He joined the company as Vice President for Quality and launched a TQM-based quality management system. In that role, he trained more than 2000 employees in the principles and practices of process improvement, and oversaw the formation of hundreds of Process Improvement Teams across the country. Documented savings from the work of these teams totaled in the millions of dollars, and improvements to operational processes contributed to a rise in customer satisfaction ratings from 78% to 95% “willingness to recommend”.

    During his tenure, Mark facilitated the company’s long term strategic planning process, authored three 5-year strategic plans and oversaw their implementations. He also led the creation of the company’s succession planning process, career path development programs and its performance management system. He conducted corporate communications in many areas, writing the company’s Annual Report for several years and creating organizational communications and presentations for the Company’s President and CEO.

    Mark’s operational experience includes responsibility for land development processes, architectural design, purchasing and community set-up, home production processes including production scheduling, marketing and sales management, quality assurance and homeowner service.

    Mark also created an implemented the “Transition Planning Process” designed to strategically integrate the culture, processes and systems of the 10 companies acquired by Hovnanian Enterprises during his tenure as Sr. VP of Corporate Operations

    Owner, Walker Home Design

    After a successful 8-year career with the largest home builder in Utah, Jamie and his wife started their own business. Walker Home Design was founded in 2000 by Jamie Walker. Walker Fun Spaces began in 2004 creating themed rooms in homes, and Quick House Plans.com was launched in 2014 to offer great plans at the click of a button. He enjoys helping people design their dream homes by teaching them to think differently. Jamie and his team have designed over 4,000 single family, multifamily and remodel projects. He also helped design one of the largest haunted attractions in the western states, The Fear Factory.

    Walker Home Design loves to give back. Jamie and his team have designed dozens of themed rooms that showcase Wish children from the Make-A-Wish foundation. They have also donated plans to the Habitat for Humanity, playhouses to the Shriners Hospital, Festival of trees, and many other charitable organizations.

    Jamie has a Marketing degree from the University of Utah and an associate degree in Architecture/Engineering from Rick’s College. He has been an active member of the state and local HBA’s since 2002. WHD awards include: 5-time winner in Utah's “Best of State” and 2 time winner of the "Best of SLC" programs. WHD has also won numerous Best of Show, Best Architect, and People’s Choice awards in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Jamie has also been awarded "Associate of the Year", and "Five Star Member" from the Salt Lake Home Builders Association (HBA) along with Best Architectural Design and Best Children’s Play area from the Utah HBA.

    Whether it’s an amusement attraction, public building, a client’s dream home, or a builder’s new product line, Jamie strives to create the perfect plan for everyone’s needs in a way that is economical to build, functional to live in, and attractive to look at. Builders claim that WHD homes are a great value and typically bid out for $10-30k less than other firms.
