Bill Allen, has designed, marketed and implemented business application systems since 1974 after attending graduate study in Business Administration and serving military duty. Having been originally a secondary education teacher, Bill has a keen sense of the process of education and employs many of those techniques in his consulting work and procedure guides for builders. Since 1987 Bill has served the homebuilding industry and helps improve builders’ controls and profitability through the application of integrated builder software and helping make it work to the client’s needs. he has served as a state director with Washington Building Industry and is currently a national director.  He Has written many articles for the Business Management Committee of NAHB and been a repeated speaker at the International Builder's Show.

Don Bowden, CEO, BuilderChain, has been part of homebuilding his entire life.  He was brought up in a family homebuilding company, and learned commercial construction working at an early age. He returned to the family business in 1983 and began integrating technology, integrated systems, and software to become an industry pacesetter in improving cycle time and schedule efficiency.  It worked, as the company grew from less than 100 homes per year to over 500, maintaining profitability throughout that growth. Don’s vision of the blockchain and the functions of his company and advisory group represent the extension of the commitment to the industry to reach perpetual management control and seamless, paperless transaction processing of all construction industry processes.
