Lyndsey Brown is the owner of Blue Theory Construction, a specialized installation company serving builders, remodelers, and window and door dealers throughout the Midwest. With a diverse background spanning new-home sales, real estate development, multifamily management, restaurant and salon development, publishing, and business development, Lyndsey brings a broad perspective on leadership, entrepreneurship, and the building industry.
Today, she leads Blue Theory’s business and strategic direction alongside her husband and business partner, Andy Brown. Blue Theory is an Andersen Elite Certified Contractor, committed to quality craftsmanship, manufacturer-aligned installation practices, and continued education.
Based in Central Indiana, Lyndsey is actively involved in workforce development and industry leadership. She serves on the local board of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), participates on the Home Builders Association’s Workforce Development Committee, and serves on Andersen’s Certified Contractor Advisory Board. She is passionate about strengthening collaboration across the industry and expanding opportunities for women in construction.
Zoe Cummings

Zoe Cummings is Co-Owner and VP of Development at Miken Builders, a custom homebuilding company at the Delaware beaches that she and her husband, Sean, took over from Sean's father after his 40 years at the helm. She joined Miken Builders in 2022 following a five-year career in real estate, playing a key role in the sales and selections development of Southern Landing, a community developed and built by Miken Builders. Today she oversees sales and marketing for the business, with a focus on partnerships, networking, market expansion, and company leadership, staying closely involved at a high level throughout each project. Zoe is recognized for cultivating strong relationships with clients and within the local community, and for her ability to understand what each family is truly looking for in their home.
Originally from New Zealand, Zoe moved to the U.S. to be with her husband, Sean, and now calls Delaware home with their three children. She's in her fourth year as Co-President of the Lord Baltimore Elementary PTO, where she helped lead a fundraising effort that brought an outdoor classroom to life for the school's students and teachers. When she's not working, you'll usually find her outdoors with her family.
