Kristin H. Han serves as the Vice President - Compliance with WNC, a national syndication firm founded in 1971, specializing in affordable housing investments, asset management and development services in acquiring over 1,400 developments.   Ms. Han is currently responsible for monitoring over 640 developments in 47 states , District of Columbia and Virgin Islands within the current investment portfolio valued at over $9.5 billion for compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and related regulatory requirements along with assessing and managing risks in various stages of construction through stabilization.  She has more than 29 years of affordable housing experience including low-income housing tax credit, tax-exempt bonds, and various HUD and RD programs. 

Scott Michael Dunn

Scott Michael Dunn is the CEO of Costello Compliance and the Director of Policy for the Costello Companies. The Costello Companies are developers, builders and managers of affordable housing with clients throughout the country. Mr. Dunn has almost three decades of experience in multi-family housing and holds various specialized certifications related to all major affordable housing programs. Prior to joining the Costello Companies, Scott Michael served as the Executive Vice President of Zeffert & Associates for over a decade where he was responsible for the company’s overall daily operations as well as developing and monitoring the training, compliance and state monitoring divisions.

Jennifer Marchand

OHCS Multifamily Programs Compliance Technical Advisor

Jennifer C. Marchand is the OHCS Multifamily Compliance Technical Advisor. She joined OHCS as a Compliance Officer in 2003. Jennifer serves on the Oregon AHMA board as a liaison for OHCS and has conducted numerous trainings and panels on a national level for the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA).
