Brian Flook, MIRM

Brian Flook, MIRM is the President of Power Marketing, LLC and half-owner of Coldwell Banker Innovations. Brian consults, speaks and trains builders, developers, real estate professionals and their teams nationally and has been a featured trainer at the International Builder’s Show every year since 1996, as well as many other NAHB events.  Brian is a published author and participates with the Institute of Residential Marketing, the National Sales & Marketing Council and the Building Systems Council. His book, Master What Matters, is in its third printing and is a big seller every year at IBS. With over 25 years of direct, front-line builder/developer marketing experience, Brian offers a wealth of experience and insight into the marketing needs of builders and developers. His firm, Power Marketing, has worked with builders and developers in over 30 states to create marketing solutions for their business.  He specializes in Internet marketing, social media, builder budgeting, and using today’s media to get business. From SEO to email marketing and sales center strategy, Brian can offer practical insights to IRM students. Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development from Wheeling University and a degree in Business Administration. Brian earned his MIRM (Master In Residential Marketing) from the NAHB in 1991. Brian currently serves as the incoming chair for the Institute of Residential Marketing of the NAHB. Brian is a MD real estate broker and recently chaired the Chamber of Commerce in his community.
