Deryl Patterson, AIA, is an award-winning architect with over 30 years of experience and the president and founder of Housing Design Matters, Inc. A renown influencer in the industry, Deryl stays on the forefront of current trends and innovations, drawing from everyday life to channel thoughtful design that improves the way we live. She has served on multiple NAHB committees, including Design, Education and the 55+ Council. Deryl is often a speaker at national and regional industry events.
David O'Sullivan
AIA
David received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey and has served as President/Principal of award-winning O’Sullivan Architects for the past 20 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. David currently serves as President of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) and is involved with the 50+ New England Housing Council, NAHB Design Committee, and NAHB 55+ Board of Trustees.
