- Illustrate how estimating and works to assist in effective project set up.
- Identify the fundamentals of estimating to identify the costs (not the selling price).
- Use spreadsheets and packaged estimating systems.
- Identify techniques for estimating in an ever changing market.
NAHB Credit: This course counts for 6 continuing education credits.

After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, she moved to Arizona and managed residential and commercial jobs across the United States. She worked for several national and private homebuilders, and while working in the field, earned her Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration. Stephanie is a certified, online instructor.
