Tari Bradley is the Portfolio Support Manager at Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS). Ms. Bradley has long been an advocate for affordable housing and continues to participate in a variety of leadership roles. As an Oregon licensed Principal Broker and Owner of a full service professional real estate and property management company, a National Affordable Housing Trainer, Ms. Bradley brings more than 30 years of professional real estate and property management experience and a solid background in compliance and regulatory requirements. Ms. Bradley’s areas of expertise include: LIHTC, HOME, HTF, HUD, and Fair Housing. In her role at OHCS, Ms. Bradley is responsible for providing technical advice, training, and overseeing the Portfolio Support team that is responsible for documenting processes for consistency and transparency, creating and updating manuals, rules and other documents to support the work performed by Portfolio Management. She works with leadership in determining and implementing updated processes for state and federal affordable housing programs and ongoing monitoring regulations.

Carole Brown is a Compliance Manager at CAHEC Management, where she has spent over six years ensuring regulatory excellence and operational integrity across affordable housing programs. Before joining CAHEC Management, Carole built a successful career in Financial Services, a role that took her to dynamic markets in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Charleston, SC, and Scottsdale, AZ. With a strong background in compliance, finance, and multi-state operations, Carole brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to every project she undertakes.
