From participating in this course, participants will:
- Discover the importance of understanding Building Science.
- Examine the principles of energy flow, moisture movement, and air flow.
- Examine the Hygrothermal Relationship between all three.
- Demonstrate the impact of building science principles on energy efficiency, durability, and occupant health.
Course Length: 6 hours
This course is required for the following NAHB designation: CGB, GMB, GMR, and Master CGP.
NAHB Continuing Education: 6 hours for the following designations: CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CMP, GMB, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP, MIRM.

This course is registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education and qualifies for 6.00 LU Hours.
The National Association of Home Builders is a Registered Provider with The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems.
