Lee A. Hampton is the CEO and Co-Founder of LAH53, LLC, a successful Houston-based construction firm specializing in residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. With over two decades of leadership experience—including serving as a senior executive at a Fortune 100 company—Lee has managed complex projects with budgets exceeding $100M. He later founded Victory Custom Homes, growing it into a multimillion-dollar business. An engineer by training, Lee holds BS and MS degrees in engineering and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Master Builder (CMB). He has served on Bellaire, Texas’s Board of Building and Standards and Planning and Zoning Board, and currently serves as Treasurer for Plant It Forward and on the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists. Deeply committed to empowering underrepresented groups, Lee supports mentoring programs, community initiatives, and is a founding member of Southern University's 1880 Society Fund. His work bridges technical excellence and community uplift, helping others build lasting legacies through real estate, construction, and leadership.
