With a background in hospitality and multifamily design, Lizzie brings a unique blend of creativity, technical acumen, and strategic foresight to her role as Innovation & Operations Strategist. At TRIO, Lizzie is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s design technology initiatives, including artificial intelligence, 3D visualization, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). She manages the development of firmwide design standards and comprehensive training programs that ensure quality and consistency across all projects. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of the design process and a commitment to improving how design teams work—from conceptual thinking to final execution. Through process development, mentorship, and an eye on emerging tools and trends, Lizzie continues to push boundaries, ensuring TRIO remains a leader in innovation within the interior design industry. Lizzie earned her Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado School of Architecture and brings over 12 years of experience in the industry to TRIO. She is passionate about leveraging technology not just to enhance efficiency, but to elevate design, inspire TRIO’s partners, and create spaces that resonate deeply.
