With over 25 years of providing support for the home building industry, Monica has vast experience in strategic leadership, marketing, and customer support. As the Vice President of Customer Success for the Residential Home Construction Division at ECI, Monica is focused on supporting our clients by identifying the resources and support they need to be successful in meeting their goals using technology. Prior to coming to ECI, Monica worked as CEO at Builder Partnerships and oversaw the relationship management team to grow membership and increase participation and return for members. Currently, Monica participates on several NAHB Committees and serves as an Ambassador with the She Built Foundation. She was recognized with the first Professional Builder’s 40 Under 40 class in 2011 and most recently received recognition as the 2023 NAHB Woman of the Year. With more than 56 years in the construction industry, Chuck Miller has built an extraordinary career as a builder, educator, and industry leader. A Past President and Senior Life Director of BCASWI, Senior Life Director of IHBA, and Senior Life Delegate of NAHB, Chuck has dedicated his life to advancing professionalism, education, and ethics in the building community.. As President and CEO of Chuck Miller Construction Inc., he specialized in energy-efficient custom homes, remodeling, and light commercial projects. His project portfolio includes more than 2,390 military family housing units, 41 design-build custom homes, mixed-use developments, commercial facilities, and institutional projects across the country. In 2017, he founded Chuck Miller Consulting LLC where he serves as a consultant, expert witness, mediator, arbitrator, and NAHB Instructor.. Chuck is one of the most highly credentialed professionals in the field, holding 11 NAHB professional designations. His leadership has been recognized through numerous awards, including NAHB Builder Remodeler Educator of the Year, NAHB Builder Designee of the Year, BCASWI Builder of the Year and IHBA Builder of the Year. He has also contributed nationally as a writer, subject matter expert, and licensed NAHB education provider. Through his unmatched credentials, extensive experience, and ongoing leadership, Chuck Miller continues to make a lasting impact on Idaho’s building industry and the communities it serves.

Dave has an extensive background in assurance and accounting with an emphasis in the construction industry. His clientele in the construction industry includes homebuilders, remodelers, commercial developers and land development contractors. Dave has been a presenter for several building related associations throughout his career and is well-known for his expertise in the construction industry.   Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Certified Public Accountants in Ohio, Nevada and Michigan. He is also is affiliated with the Construction Industry CPA’s/Consultants Association (CICPAC) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
