Prior to coming to ECI, Monica worked as CEO at Builder Partnerships and oversaw the relationship management team to grow membership and increase participation and return for members. Currently, Monica participates on several NAHB Committees and serves as an Ambassador with the She Built Foundation. She was recognized with the first Professional Builder’s 40 Under 40 class in 2011 and most recently received recognition as the 2023 NAHB Woman of the Year.
