Elliott is the Owner and oversees the day-to-day operations of ELM Construction LLC, a design-build remodeling firm in Birmingham founded by him and his wife, LeArden, in 2008. He is deeply involved in industry leadership, currently serving as the National Chair of the NAHB Remodelers. He is a Past President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and a Past Chair of the Remodelers Council for the Home Builders Association of Alabama. Elliott holds the Master Remodeler designation from his local Association as well as the CGR and CAPS designations from NAHB. He was also recognized as the NAHB Remodeler of the Year for 2023.

Chad Hackmann is a regional partner with Alair Homes, where he leads award‑winning custom home building and remodeling teams in Arlington, Va., Falls Church, Va., and Washington, D.C., while supporting the franchise’s expansion across the D.C. metro area. With nearly 30 years in the construction industry, Hackmann began his career in Washington, D.C., before launching his own firm in 2006 and later joining Alair Homes in 2017.

David Price is the founder and owner of David Price Construction, LLC, based in Raleigh, N.C. He is also a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Price has successfully managed high-end residential remodels and multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, including retail sites, office buildings, golf clubhouses and apartment buildings.

Dean Spina is an Iowa licensed attorney with over 40 years of experience in real estate (development, subdivision and sale) with an emphasis on transactions together with construction contracts and dispute resolution.
