Vince Butler, GMR, GMB, CAPS is a second-generation builder and remodeler from Northern Virginia. He has served as President of Butler Brothers Corporation, a full-service design-build company, since 1984 and has extensive experience in the design, sales and production of residential construction and remodeling. Vince has a BS degree in Financial Management from Virginia Tech and is a Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR), Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS). He is a nationally recognized speaker on residential construction management topics and an approved NAHB Master Instructor. He has presented at many national and regional trade shows including the International Builders Show, The Remodeling Show, Sunbelt Builders Show, Southeast Builders Conference, Atlantic Builders Conference, Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) and the NAHB Remodelers Road Show. He was named NAHB CAPS Educator of the Year in 2012 and Builder Remodeler Educator of the Year in 2017. In 2017 he founded BizTrainingNow to serve the educational needs of small business owners and local associations.

Originally from Canada, I’ve spent most of my life in the southeastern United States. I moved to the Triangle area in 2015 after nearly 20 years of custom building in Charlotte. I have a passion for building, and renovations are my favorite projects because each one is unique. My perspective as a female builder and a mom shapes my approach to creating homes. The most rewarding part of my work is crafting safe, beautiful, and nurturing spaces for families.

Nicolas Ream's family has been in the construction industry for seven generations in the United States of America. Nicolas Ream is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Project Manager, Estimator, Director of Business Development, and Director of Research and Development at Montana Heritage Home Builders, Inc. (MHHB). Montana Heritage Home Builders (MHHB) is a national, state, and local award-winning, family-owned and operated, high-end luxury, high-performance, full-service, design/build, one-of-a-kind custom home building, remodeling, and light-commercial construction and real estate development company. Montana Heritage Home Builders was started nearly thirty (30) years ago. Since Allen and Michelle Ream founded MHHB in 1997, it has been a family endeavor. This legacy continues today, with their son, Nicolas, as Chief Experience Officer and their daughter, Jessica, as Selections Coordinator, ensuring the family's commitment to quality is upheld.

Ken Semler is a licensed/registered home builder/general contractor in almost every state in the country. As the leader of the Impresa companies, he oversees the use of modern modular construction to deliver custom homes, multifamily projects, doctors’ offices, educational facilities, and assisted living facilities nationwide. He launched www.ImpresaModular.com to become the industry's first internet-based nationwide modular home builder. He publishes the only industry magazine, Offsite Builder Magazine. His media company, iMedia Group, also manages the industry-leading ModCoach Blog, which delivers daily insights and current events in the offsite construction industry. Ken is the 2024 Chair of the Building Systems Councils and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Custom Home Builders Committee. In addition, he is the President of the Modular Home Builders Association. Ken franchises his building company, creating the only modular home building franchise in the U.S.
