Adrian serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Charleston and Hilton Head Area Home Builders Associations representing the seven counties making up the Lowcountry of South Carolina. He joined the Association after serving as the Senior Vice President of Community Advancement for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Executive Director of Charleston Chamber Foundation. Throughout his career, Adrian has managed nearly $1 billion in philanthropic, governmental and corporate investments ranging from technology and engineering research to local grassroots efforts. Prior to joining the Metro Chamber, he served as the Director of Development and Operations for the Lowcountry Land Trust, where he led a diverse coalition of community leaders in a 10-month $18 million fund development campaign to save the land around the iconic and historic Angel Oak in Johns Island South Carolina.

Elliott is the Owner and oversees the day-to-day operations of ELM Construction LLC, a design-build remodeling firm in Birmingham founded by him and his wife, LeArden, in 2008. He is deeply involved in industry leadership, currently serving as the Vice Chair of the NAHB Remodelers and is slated to be the National Chair in 2026. He is a Past President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and a Past Chair of the Remodelers Council for the Home Builders Association of Alabama. Elliott holds the Master Remodeler designation from his local Association as well as the CGR and CAPS designations from NAHB. He was also recognized as the NAHB Remodeler of the Year for 2023
Nicolas Zepeda
Nicolas Zepeda is a multifaceted professional in the real estate industry, excelling as a builder, remodeler, and licensed contractor. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality shines through in his work, setting high standards in every project he undertakes. Currently, Nicolas serves as the secretary for the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans, serves on the NAHB Remodelers Board of Trustees, delegate and past chair of the Louisiana Remodelers Home Builders Association and on the board for New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association. His diverse expertise and leadership roles highlight his dedication to the construction industry and his ability to deliver excellence across multiple facets of the field
