He brings over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in hardwater, iron, drinking water quality, and complex problem water conditions that impact construction and homeowner outcomes. His approach centers on accurate testing, clear education, and recommending systems based on actual need rather than sales pressure, positioning him as a trusted technical resource for builders and trade partners. Atlee is actively involved in the National Association of Home Builders, contributing to both the Environmental Issues Committee and the Business Management Resources Committee (Formally known as Business Management and Information Technology Committee). He also serves as President of the Water Quality Association of Wisconsin, where he works to improve how water quality is understood and specified across the building industry. His work consistently bridges field-level plumbing expertise with higher-level industry influence, focusing on making water quality a measurable, design-level consideration in residential construction.

Jeffrey Leyden is the Vice President of Residential New Construction at ABC Supply Co., bringing over 25 years of experience in building material distribution, including lumber, building components, and exterior materials. Over the past 15 years with ABC Supply, Jeffrey has led high-performing sales teams through his strong sales management background. He currently oversees a team of 17 Regional Business Managers, guiding national strategy and supporting relationships with the country’s leading home builders.

Michael (Mike) Turowski is a results-driven construction industry leader and the Residential Construction Sales Manager at Werner. Over the last several years, he helped scale Werner’s residential division from \$7.5 million in 2021 to more than \$25.5 million in 2025. With 11.5 years at Werner, Mike has progressed from new business development and large commercial accounts to leading the Residential Construction Sales Team. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Builders Association as Chair of the Emerging Issues Group and is Secretary/Treasurer of the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee. A consistent attendee of the International Builders’ Show and a multi-time LedgeCon participant, Mike brings practical, up-to-date perspective on the issues shaping residential construction.

Joe Weston serves as Vice President of Cost Forecasting and Pricing at 84 Lumber, bringing more than 27 years of experience across building materials purchasing, manufacturing, cost forecasting, and pricing strategy. He leads a centralized team of more than 20 associates at the company’s Team Headquarters in Eighty Four, Pennsylvania.
Joe and his team support more than 320 facilities across 34 states, delivering comprehensive cost projections and strategic pricing models that serve a wide range of builder segments.
