Immigration policy continues to shape the U.S. labor market, with major impacts on home builders. This timely webinar offers a clear overview of current immigration laws, enforcement trends, and what they mean for residential construction employers. Learn how evolving policies affect the availability of skilled labor and how visa programs, like H-2B, can help address workforce needs legally. Gain practical insights into visa eligibility, use in home building, and how to stay compliant while filling labor gaps.
Featured speakers include Leon Sequeira, a former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor, and Founder of Sequeira Bilby PLLC, plus Sam Gilboard, Director of Federal Legislative Affairs at the National Association of Home Builders, who will provide expert guidance on compliance, policy implications, and workforce solutions for the residential construction industry.
