Greg Hardwick, P.E., is President and Owner of Hardwick General Contracting, a nationally recognized custom home builder serving Central Florida. With 35 years of experience in the multimillion-dollar construction industry—including leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies—Greg is dedicated to delivering high-performance, luxury homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle. He is a Past President of the Master Custom Builder Council and the Greater Orlando Builders Association.  He currently serves on the Leadership Council for the National Association of Home Builders, the Builder 20 Executive Committee, and as 2^nd Vice-Chair of the Custom Home Builders Committee.  Greg has been honored with multiple industry awards, including NAHB Project of the Year, Builder of the Year, and Remodeler of the Year at local and state levels.

Sean Weiner is Founder and President of Spexi Advisory, an independent, owner-side technology design practice serving ultra-luxury custom residential projects across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Spexi guides architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners through Discovery, Design, Selection, and Delivery, the phases in which residential technology is planned, specified, and implemented, without selling products or holding installation revenue. Sean brings more than 30 years of experience on the integration side of the residential technology industry. He founded Starr Systems, a Baltimore-based electronic systems and electrical contracting firm, and grew it into an award-winning company before its acquisition by Bravas, where he later held executive leadership overseeing sales, marketing, product standards, and design operations nationally. Sean serves as Lux Community Leader and Track Chair for the Builder Innovator Summit, produced by AE Ventures, where he moderates panels and leads strategic growth of the Lux track, connecting builders, architects, designers, and integrators around the role of technology in custom homes. A CEDIA Outreach Instructor and member of the Lutron Hall of Fame, Sean has written for industry publications and spoken to organizations including the National Association of Home Builders. He is a 1990 graduate of the University of Delaware, with a degree in Economics.
