This course is designed to provide foundational knowledge on the formation, planning and management of a successful, small to medium-sized residential building or remodeling company or other trade-related business. It describes best business practices and introduces practical tools and strategies of immediate value to both new and existing business owners.  This six hour class is held on two consecutive Thursdays from 1-4 ET.
